Cousins’ Oysters established in 2020 by Johnny Dilworth and Josh Martier. Two cousins whose love for food and entertaining evolved into the first Oyster Bar on location serving the Outer Banks. The vision is to find a balance between tradition and creativity. Cousins’Oysters aims to create a new and unique experience for our local community and beyond.
Through our relationships with local oyster farms, we are able to keep the delicacy that is our local oysters here on the outer banks rather than being shipped away. All the spent shells are then recycled right back into the waters they came from to ensure healthy clean local waterways in the future and a solid foundation for oyster growth in the years to come.
